If your GAMR Play Pad doesn’t appear in the Bluetooth list on your MacBook, here are a few things you can check.
Step 1: Make sure your Play Pad is in pairing mode
- Press and hold the Power button on the headboard of your GAMR Play Pad.
- Confirm that the GAMR "G" logo is blinking.
- A blinking "G" logo means your Play Pad is in pairing mode.
Step 2: Forget the Play Pad on any other device
If your Play Pad is still connected to another device, your MacBook will not see it.
- On that device, open the device page for Gamr<mac address>.
- Select Forget This Device.
- Confirm the prompt to forget the device.
Step 3: Turn Bluetooth off and on again
If you still don’t see it:
- On your MacBook, open System Settings and select Bluetooth.
- Turn Bluetooth off.
- Turn it back on.
Step 4: Connect your Play Pad
- Look for Gamr<mac address> under Nearby Devices.
- Click Connect.
Step 5: Confirm the connection
- Your Play Pad moves to My Devices with the status Connected.
- The blinking "G" logo turns into a steady glow on your GAMR Play Pad.
