GAMR Play Pad not showing on GAMR TV Box

If your GAMR Play Pad doesn't appear in the accessories list on your GAMR TV Box.

Step 1: Make sure your Play Pad is in pairing mode

1. Press and hold the Power button on the headboard of your GAMR Play Pad.
2. Confirm that the GAMR "G" logo is blinking.

Step 2: Forget the Play Pad from any other device

1. If the Play Pad is connected to another device, open that device's Bluetooth settings.
2. Select the Play Pad, Gamr<mac address>, and choose Forget This Device.
3. Select Forget Device to confirm.
4. Move your Play Pad closer to the GAMR TV Box.

Step 3: Close and reopen the menu

1. If you still don't see your Play Pad, close the Settings menu.
2. Open it again and select Remotes & accessories.

Step 4: Add your Play Pad

1. Select Add accessory.
2. Wait while your TV Box searches for accessories.
3. Once the GAMR Play Pad, Gamr<mac address>, appears on the list, select it to pair.
4. Wait for the Play Pad to pair.
5. Once it shows as paired, the connection is successful and you're ready to play.

Launch GAMR Universe App or explore other controller-supported games and start playing with your GAMR Play Pad.
