GAMR Play Pad not connecting to GAMR TV Box

If your GAMR Play Pad is showing on your GAMR TV Box but you're unable to connect to it.

Step 1: Make sure your Play Pad is in pairing mode

1. Press and hold the Power button on the headboard of your GAMR Play Pad.
2. Confirm that the GAMR "G" logo is blinking.
3. Pairing mode is now active.

Step 2: Unpair your Play Pad

1. Select your device, Gamr<mac address>.
2. Choose Unpair.
3. Click OK to confirm.

Step 3: Add your Play Pad again

1. Select Add accessory under Remotes & accessories.
2. Wait while your TV Box searches for accessories.
3. Select the Play Pad, Gamr<mac address>, from the list.
4. Wait for the Play Pad to pair.
5. Once it shows as connected, the pairing is successful.
6. Your Play Pad now appears as connected under Remotes & accessories, and you're ready to play.

Launch GAMR Universe App or explore other controller-supported games and start playing with your GAMR Play Pad.
